- Our swim school teachers attend conferences across the country to ensure we’re up-to-date. All of our staff are qualified swim teachers with an intensive six-month in-house training program. Once they have completed their foundation training – which incorporates Austswim standards – they can train in a specialist area such as Infant Aquatics or Squad Coaching.
- Our swim school shift supervisors are present at every session to help both the teaching team and to answer parent queries. Our supervisors ensure we continually deliver the best lessons and top customer service.
- At our swim school, we keep detailed notes on every child’s progress to ensure we know where they’re at and to help them reach their individual milestones.
