Swim and Survival Academy

School Program

One of the most important classes children will ever take while at school is their swimming lessons.

At the Swim and Survival Academy we offer the opportunity for schools to participate in our fun, structured schools swimming program.

Our program is designed to cater for every child’s individual needs. We record all students progress every session on our computer system, ensuring all swimmers are progressing with their swimming and water safety skills.

We have a schools co-ordinator to facilitate an easy transition into our program.

We like to take pride in the fact that our coordinator will take care of the sessions, while the school teaching staff are able to enjoy watching the students learn.

Don’t just take our word for it…here is what one of our principals had to say about our program-

Miners Rest Primary School is always aiming to improve and offer quality programs for our students and families alike. I am pleased to say this appears true for the Swim and Survive Academy also.

The program hit the mark for our school on all levels:

  • it was very reasonably priced;
  • catered to the individual skill-based needs of students;
  • had low student / instructor ratios;
  • lesson length appropriate to age;
  • clean and well-maintained facilities;
  • independent group use;
  • engaging instructors who cared and were consistently present;
  • parent to program coordinator communication;
  • awesome and regular communication;
  • data-based record keeping for student tracking; and
  • staff sweetening beverages

The Swim & Survive Academy backed up all they offered and went over and above to achieve a high level program for our students, staff, families and broader school community. We were delighted with the professional and respectful service we received and can’t wait to join them again this year.
